Function and responsibility/職能與職責(zé)

l Ruminant sales specialist will be responsible for expanding marketshare and boosting sales and profitability of ruminant farm minerals, imported relatedproducts in China.

l 負(fù)責(zé)反芻預(yù)混料及進(jìn)口相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)拓展、銷售及售后的技術(shù)服務(wù)，完成公司下達(dá)的銷售任務(wù)；

l Distribution contracts, determine channels to market, distributorcriteria, selection, contracting, execution。

l 建立并管理銷售渠道，選擇合適經(jīng)銷商，簽訂經(jīng)銷商合同，并管理執(zhí)行。

l Collect market information, such as competitors and customers tocontribute from a customer and sales perspective to develop the right salesstrategy.

l 收集市場(chǎng)及客戶信息，如競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手產(chǎn)品類型，特征及價(jià)格等，以便建立并執(zhí)行正確的銷售策略、市場(chǎng)計(jì)劃。

Qualifications and experience/ 所需資歷

l BCs or MSc in animal nutrition, agri business or equivalent.

l ?？?，本科或碩士學(xué)歷，動(dòng)物營養(yǎng)或獸醫(yī)及相關(guān)專業(yè)。

l At least 1 years’ sales experience.

l 至少1年以上銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

l Willingness to travel (80% of your time), and it’s better less than 40years old.

l 適應(yīng)長期出差, 最好年齡40歲以下。
